Daisy seemed to have enjoyed her second week long visit as much as her first. A seamless process including collection, boarding and delivery back to our local vet. All went of without a glitch!

We have previously used Pet Resort Dural for our dogs and were happy with their service. On the most recent visit we were very disappointed to find out one of our dogs was separated at night and placed on his own! Our 4 dogs sleep together all the time and the one separated was quite distressed and anxious when we picked them up. We specifically asked for them to be housed together as we know how anxious they get when separated and were assured this would happen! We sent emails and called over the weekend and were told everything was fine and did not find out until they were picked up, although we understand the resort staff may have thought this was the best solution surely we should have been contacted and options could have been discussed. We would have arranged to pick our dogs up rather then them being separated from each other at night!

Zinc has stayed many times at Dural and often gives me the cold shoulder on his return as he is treated so wonderfully. He comes back smelling really fresh and its a pleasure to use these facilities when needed. Thanks again team Dural pet resorts

Our bulldog Molly just spent a week at Pet Resorts Dural and I can say she absolutely loves it there. This was her 3rd time at the resort and she is always very keen to meet and greet everyone upon arrival. I'm confident she is well taken care of whilst we're away. For me it's peace of mind. We have book training for her time away and the results are apparent.
