I recently used services of PestXperts and would highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for pest control services. Mr. Singh helped us with urgent millipede treatment on very short notice. He is highly professional, experienced, punctual and friendly. We received detailed report on the services provided and chemicals used after the treatment. Very happy with the service and advise provided.

PestXperts owner Singh attended my home for rodent services and upon minutes of entering the roof space i hear a huge cracking sound and honestly thought someone fell through. he either tripped and stepped on the plaster or he mistook the plaster for a timber truss. the damage caused as shown on photos is a huge crack around 60cm and the result is the ceiling plaster got ripped off from the screws/glue holding it to the truss and hanging only to sag more with time. the crack clearly shows he had his full weight on it otherwise no way plaster cracks that easily by tapping it. he did not finish his treatment upstairs as this accident shook him and neither did he provide a report upon completion. furthermore there is no warranty cover as he mentions. note he didn’t tape it up/close it/check for no additional damage as he has no construction knowledge. the way he handled the situation was extremely poor regardless what he replies with, I was extremely patient, calm and nice about it, thinking he’d go the extra mile but that wasn’t the case, should have been brutal towards him as its my house and I’m living with the damage. don’t let this guy in your ceiling. Poor service, poor management, more concerned to save a couple of dollars rather spending extra to quickly fix a damage but as its not his house, there wasn’t a slightest care only how much money he can save. Don’t go into peoples houses and damage them and walk out taking your time, fix it ASAP even if it costs you thousands

Be careful if you decide to use him, he Went up on the roof space and cracked our plaster ceiling, didn't finish the job properly. Despite being paid he didn't provide warranty, and his rodents bait does not work. We had to get someone else and put new traps.
Excellent service very professional and thorough. A report was sent with list of preventative actions items and what was done part of the service. Very impressive.
Rashpal was very patient in answering the multiple queries we had regarding getting pest control done at our property as we have a 2 month old baby too in our home and wanted to make sure it would be safe for the baby later. We went for the 275 package which uses child/pet safe chemicals indoors. My wife and child had moved out from the property before he started and we were advised to stay out atleast for 4 hours after treatment was completed, to give time for it to dry up properly. Rashpal handled doing the entire treatment very thoroughly from outside to inside and then also in the roof. He explained all the findings from the inspection and provided tips on the preventive measures too. Happy with the services provided and would surely recommend to others too.
