Have been using Cairns Pest Control for a couple of years now and am very happy and have peace of mind because I needed John to treat white ants when I first contacted them. I get him to check each year now - reasonable price and friendly efficient service.

Having used Pest Control Cairns for over 18 years there is no one we trust more than John and Madeline to protect our biggest investment, our family home. They are honest, flexible with our crazy work schedule and efficient. We have had times where unexpectedly we had termites and John was straight here putting those pesky little bugs to rest! If you need a company who actually returns your calls and has great service, give Pest Control Cairns a call.
Terrible experience with this company. John is rude and agressive to deal with. Returned multiple times and couldn't get the job done, used another company and had great results. Would not recommend to anyone!
Highly recommended - fast, affordable and honest. John did the work that was required to remove termites and did not overservice or make false promises. Even though the job ended up bigger than expected as he was able to locate the termite damage and a large nest in the wall, he did not charge beyond the original quoted price. I will definately go back to this company for any future pest removal services.

We had a major ant problem in our large house that is next to bush. Despite our constant efforts, ants would get inside. We are diligent about putting food in plastic containers, and cleaning but the ants still came. Pestrid's worker spent a half day inside and outside our house, giving it the anti-ant and cockroach treatment. He returned in 2 weeks for a follow-up treatment. We are very impressed. Not only are the ants gone inside, but also next to the pool and on the verandah. Awesome job! We will have Pestrid out on an ongoing basis, every 6 months.
Recently paid for expensive full termite treatment however after a 5 min inspection by company the second spray not needed, owner didn't offer any refund, we asked for a partial refund but we were refused, wished we didnt use Cairns Pest Control, wouldn't recommend this company, not professional and wont use ever again.
