Very happy with the customer service and experience. For a very reasonable price he reinstalled the bezel lock on a Yema Superman (requiring removal of the crown, so not something to try at home). He also regulated the movement with a dramatic increase in accuracy per day.

Glenn is definitely your go-to man for all watch repairs. I had an imported Japanese watch that arrived with a minor factory defect. No other watch repairer wanted to go near it as either they did not have the right tool or they feared damaging the watch. Every other watch shop that I went to in the CBD area pointed to Glenn at London Court and I was certainly not disappointed. Within five minutes of my arrival, he had assessed the watch and made the necessary repairs on the spot without fuss and with zero damage to the watch. I am so grateful for his assistance and customer service and am glad to know of his very important existence and service to this city. Thank you heaps Glenn. You have no idea how happy I am with the positive experience I had!
