Unfortunately the after sales service has really tarnished my experience with this company. I have a list of items for them to remediate including no hot water since November last year!!.Empty promises advising a plumber will call me. So many calls following up and nothing. Disgusting that these people think it’s ok for a customer to have no hot water for this length of time! I now have no choice but to go to the media and make a complaint against the builder.

Niklas the sale rep was awesome with everything he did but sadly after he leaves and the build starts , well its all sad news from there. Its nothing to do with quality of the house - thats fine. What isn't fine is the time it has taken to do little or nothing in the last five weeks. Meanwhile we should have been living in our new house but of course are still paying rent and because we have NO IDEA when take over is then no doubt that will happen without notice and cost us another three weeks rent while we give notice :( YES - Niklas , hell of a nice guy really service orientated but after him - she'll be right. These people certainly have no idea about customer service and the build forman couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery. Maybe one star for Nik and another for the House but treated like crap by everyone else. Also you get to waste time pre - picking stuff that isn't even part of their package - why waste my time picking paint if I am doing the painting - when I eventually get to move in :( Never ever never with barstards again Steer well clear
I can’t believe we have been waiting since November last year for our hot water to be fixed! Unacceptable how Many times we have called emailed etc and still not hot water . Time For a formal complaint and media

We highly recommend Peter from WA Housing Centre, who is our House and Land Specialist. He has gone above and beyond and is extremely helpful, and very professional. As we are first home buyers, the process can be very stressful, but Peter has been outstanding, every step of the way. He has never been pushy, and always works around what is best for us. *These guys must be missing out on so much business* I've called the WA Housing Centre head office three times in the last 2 weeks and after selecting the right extension, the phone rings & rings and eventually disconnects... I've also emailed them via their Contacts Page twice in the last 10 days (and opted not to be on their mailing list). So far, they've added me to their mailing list but I still haven't heard from anyone. So in short: they don't answer phones or respond to emails. I'm sure another business would like their business. Terrible service
My partner and i are building our first house and decided to go with WA Housing centre. Been the most stressful and worst months ever. Keep getting told conflicting stories and no one communicating any issues with us unless we chase them up about how long everything is taking and only then do they tell us about the issue. We had our first meeting with a sales consultant about 11 months ago and we have only just moved into construction and its been a week and no move has been made to start site works. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
Only just getting to pre-start but so far so good! Really happy with the design of my house which isn't standard due to the block size - Andrew really took on board all my requests and made sure to accommodate everything with little compromise. Brian and Brooke in contracts and administration have been great and so helpful with all my questions and changes. Rebecca in finance has been AMAZING and so knowledgeable - I had some complex stuff to sort out and she did it all with ease and efficiency. Just starting pre-start but so far Lauren and Courtney couldn't be more helpful! Fingers crossed it all continues on in a positive way!
