Beyond delicious. Best toast ever, generous portions and friendly service. Situated in the same little back alley as Grand Lane Fish House. Small little corner shop, sign board spray painted on the wall. Would've missed it if not for the many customers. Highly recommended.

Perfect for my breakfast..! Breakfast on the go! The price are reasonable as well! The sandwiches are fantastic, go and gige it a try.. I’ve ordered cheese & another one pear love it.. most of their customers are locals.. the place quite small but easy to get table coz most of the customers only take away ️️️️️ definitely will come again!!
Was looking for a quick & easy brekky place around the Perth area and saw some good reviews for this place. They were not wrong. Simple but creative menu. Easy atmosphere. Friendly staff and quick service. Something as simple as a toasted sandwich when done right is great any time and really who doesn't love a toasty! Will definitely be back every time im in Perth
It's literally the best toastie I've ever had. Service was friendly. Best bang for the buck too. You might be experiencing slight difficulties finding the place; it's inside one of the small alleys so just follow the Google maps location to the exact dot.
