I've been trying to change my Seiko metal bracelet due to a faulty clasp. I went to "The Watch Spot" to try my luck after reading so many good reviews. The owner listen patiently and suggested to change the clasp (maintaining the bracelet), which I didnt even know possible! I've asked around in singapore but was told the bracelet was not available (Full Stop) and was never repaired. I'm so happy that my Seiko is as good as new now!

Walked in and asked for a wrist pin to hold the strap, took the watch and 30 seconds later my watch was fixed. I asked how much and the owner said “no, that’s fine all yours.” I offered to pay but he refused to take my money. 5 Stars in my books!
