Recently, I had a necklace designed for me by Kasia. She was able to design a piece which matched perfectly with a necklace I wanted to layer. Kasia was also very helpful in recommending an appropriate length for the necklace. And if all of this wasn't enough, the necklace was shipped to me interstate with a next day courier!!! Many years ago I promised myself a diamond for my 40th birthday. Having since fallen in love with coloured gemstones, sapphires, being my birthstone, seemed the right choice. A huge thank you to Luisa and the team for making my dream come true, with a gorgeous Ceylon sapphire. It was such an enjoyable design process! I will treasure it everyday!

Everything from start to finish was perfect, I actually arrived at the shop in Leederville early as google had the open time incorrectly listed, but the staff were very welcoming from the get go. Kasia listened to my ideas and I showed her a few photos of other rings that I liked the look of, from that Kasia designed the perfect ring for my now fiancé, she was also patient while I facetimed my mother in-law to get the final approval on the ring design. The deposit was paid on the day and within 7 working days, the engagement ring was ready and absolutely stunning. My fiancé also went back to the shop to get the ring re-sized which was done free of charge, the customer service is above and beyond. We look forward to coming back to you for the wedding bands.

My wife brought her engagement ring in to be redesigned as she didn’t like how it was made by the previous jeweller. Kasia helped her design the ring the way she wanted & called her every step of the way to give her updates. The ring was beautiful & my wife was extremely happy with the end result.
