Just had a retic system put in by Steven and his dad. They did a great job, including building in some safe guards in case our water pressure drops lower than it already is. They also came back to help clear some sprinkler heads that had been damaged by the guy laying the grass, at no cost. They turned up when they said they would and didn't leave a mess behind when they finished the job, which sets them apart from most of the tradies I've dealt with over the last few years. Both Steven and his dad care about the work they do and it shows. If we needed another system put in, I'd be onto the phone to them immediately.

I needed some advice on a solenoid problem and he gave me a few things to check. Bingo problem solved. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

Had such a great experience with the Retic Doctor. I had previously paid over 300 for an assessment and quote of my existing retic system...which was free through the Retic Doctor. They talked through everything, gave me some great advice on my current plantings and when it came to do the job they were on time, very professional, friendly and did an amazing job. They have really thought about what will be best for my garden, easiest for me for now and maintenance going forward etc. I could not be happier with the service or the price.

Very happy – professional, attended on time and high quality work! After looking at the job a previous ‘professional’ retic installer had done on our front yard, Steven and Peter showed us what the issues were and what could happen if we didn’t get it fixed. They took the time to answer our questions and explain the specific issues that needed fixing, so we could liaise with the first retic installer. The previous installer ended up admitting the job wasn’t up to standard and came back to fix the most important issues without further cost to us. We ended up choosing Retic Doctor for the backyard install and were very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism, as well as the fantastic job they did on the retic to our backyard. Not only that, they fixed up the minor outstanding issues on the front retic for free. We have no hesitation recommending them and will certainly be using them in the future!
Father and son team brilliant. Very quick, friendly and neat work done with no mess - it is not often trades people leave no trace they were there after doing work. I will always call these guys in the future and highly recommend.
