Donated a CPAP machine with extras worth 2500 date: 26/6/2017 to a person in need! Agreement a thanks from the person there received it??? Still waiting! Just had a consultation 3/3/2020 time 14.45 regarding some electronic on my Resmed Auto under 5 years warranty which cost me 150 extra I was informed the "warranty was not valid" due to cosmetic problem (a little dust around the filter intake) You wonder what going on!

Had a very positive experience here. The staff were friendly, made sure we were discussing the correct product. Made sure it was in stock. Accommodating with delivery requirements. And really good pricing. Parking and access is challenging but the effort was rewarding for me and will revisit when need to.
Amazing insights into sleep apnoea and careful explanations of what's going on. Sharon's advice has been spot on and a good night's sleep is now an expectation, not something to hope for.
