Took my ipod in to get it's screen fixed, which they did. Unfortunately when I got it back the side buttons (volume and on/off/lock) did not work. They were working before the screen was replaced so I took it back in and asked them to fix them. I had to argue with them a bit for them to admit they should fix it and they never apologized for breaking my ipod or for wasting my time. Weird excuses included "oh but we don't check that that is working when we replace a screen" "the casing and the screen weren't the same size" They said they would fix it but would have to order the part in and told me "come back next week" but their whole "meh" attitude and not apologizing or caring really shat me. Also interacting with muppets it a real time suck and, hey, they already broke it once. So I've decided to go somewhere else to get my ipod fixed.
