Room was Premium e the side view of river was great. Ergonomic chair was great to get work done. Pad e pencil more economical. Tv menu has everything in regards to the hotel amenities per guests including in room dining. The room was stylish e clean added bonus to choose your own pillow. In the in room safe with the ability to choose your own code was great safety feature. The bathroom was clean e the bath was long e great to find your calm e balance. Food was flavourful e on point. Internet was adequate. Pan Pacific manager not everyone uses Apple so whilst was nice to see a charging port for this thumbs down for Android users.Shout to Rohan e James e Ryan e Josh. Rowen at Hills St Bar. Security lights in the carpark was an added safety feature which was needed. Alas having to pay per parking as a hotel guest everyday whist a guest at this hotel was a little exuberant. Nice touch with thermo cameras at front door. Would be great stay during the week days.

The cafe in the Pan Pacific hotel lobby is a great place to relax and have a coffee, cup of tea, soft drink whilst sitting in it's a very relaxed atmosphere AND the coffee is amazing. You can sit inside of the surrounds of the cafe or you can sit outside undercover. They also have a little caravan that does bacon and egg rolls in the morning called bobbys BBQ truck. A must try even for locals
Location and service of Pan Pacific is spot on, stayed overnight in their executive room and it is huge. Although building is old but still well maintained. From check in to check out process was smooth. Very friendly customer service and always served you with a smile. Very convenient location to CBD, few restaurants located on same building as well.
First off, the concierge folks and receptionist folks are AMAZING. I'm so sorry I forgot the name, but the lady with the curly hair and glasses who worked the Saturday night shift was the sweetest person ever. Each person who walked us to the gym and back was so lovely. There was Stuart, and then there was another younger and very tall gentleman who asked for feedback for the gym (which btw the gym was great - just wished they had pull up bars and lifting bars and the 2-rope attachment for the tricep machine) he was very lovely, and then a third gentleman who I again cannot remember the name. Even the cleaning and room service staff were so kind and smiley. Very pleasant folks to chat to in the corridors. In-dining was also fantastic. Loved the food, we met the chef on the way down to the gym on one of the nights who was making a brownie for one of the guests. Lovely fellow too. Location was good, pricing was very reasonable too. Honestly service is far better than Crown and Ritz by far, and for being an older hotel in Perth, the upkeep of the rooms was fantastic. Very clean and homey. Will stay again. Thanks for having us :)
We loved our visit! Highly recommend!! We had the Executive King room and it met all expectations - spacious, well appointed, clean, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom that is fully tiled. Service from staff was excellent. Nice coffee shop in the foyer too!

I got the reply from GM that they can't preapre Indian cousin everyday..i am here from last 10 days and except 1st day ..i never saw Indian Meal...i told them that i am vegetarian and 3 time they sent me jelly packs which contains Gelatine...they sending flavoured yoghurt,softdrink and packed fruit salad in juice..all these are full of sugar and preservative. ..which i cant have while 14 days quarantine...i didn't see any respect for my religious beliefs..i expaind them i can't have any sea food even it is sea leafs when i saw shusi in my lunch 1st time ..even after all discussion they sent me shusi twice . I know i am not gonna get any positive response...i am expecting a baseless excuse of Covid 19. And please see today,s pic of insect in my bathroom
Great location. Unfortunately, room in 19th floor was average. Wake up daily to morning sunshine and dusty air.
