What are Jumplings? Jumplings are Japanese dumplings or Gyoza (GEE- YO- ZAA). They can be prepared in a number of ways, the best flavour experience is from pan frying them. We are aware that gyoza may not be the easiest word to pronounce, we invite you to call them Jumplings as it is easier to remember. Jackies Cooking is a HACCP certified business!
