I took this coach 2 times and the first time wasn't that bad, besides the extremely loud bus and the horrible smell from the toilet and awful timing i still managed to get to my location and back. The second time was absolutely horrible, They left me stranded over 100kms from my destination that I paid for. I was forced to call someone to pick me up at 1 in the morning just because they didn't want to drive through a fire, even though my destination was nowhere near the fire and there was a safe passage there. Worst trip ever, Id recommend Trans WA coach lines if your looking to travel WA the tickets are far cheaper than integrity Edit: I forgot to mention when I asked for my money back they wouldn't give it back even though they didn't get me to my destination and left me stranded but they also said I should have thanked them.

Communication was wonderful during the recent floods. No one can control the weather however Integrity Coach Lines kept me up to date via text message so I knew what was happening and as soon as the roads opened gave me a new time of departure. Fantastic service in difficult conditions.

Myself and my family travelled on the Sunday service North to Carnarvon. From speaking to Toni on the phone to change my departure stop to the awesome drivers Karen and John. Top quality service. We will definitely use this service again.

Very professional company. The drivers I had were especially friendly and happy which made my trip up north a lot more enjoyable! Aircon was icy cold even with 40 degree days, and it was great to have USB ports there above each seat. Would recommend 10/10.

Thank you Integrity for an awesome trip to Coral Bay. We were treated like royalty by the two wonderful drivers. Movie was entertaining and the comfort stops were right in queue. Seats comfortable and clean coach. We will definitely be travelling again with you. Thanks for your part in ticking off our bucket list WA travels
