I worked with IMS when upgrading from Arrow to Tencia. The project plan, timeline and implementation was outstanding. The service and support they provided during implementation was supportive and professional. They provided a further service of developing and integrating a Sales systems that provided real time live updates of stock levels and order management to the technical teams off site. SIMS gave us the ability to streamline processes, improve lead times and information flow. It was a pleasure working on these projects with them and I would recommend their services.
