The company was very professional and pleasant to deal with! We received a very thorough and detailed report from them that identified defects we wouldn't have known of. Peter also provided us with 2 free consultatios after creating a report that helped us understand what defects were about and what the cost to rectify them will be. Peter used plain language to explain all the building terminology to us which really helped and gave us some useful tips. Excellent service, good customer experience and a very positive impression! Would definitely recommend this company over others.

Had a very pleasant experience with Peter's service. Good communication, always responsive to calls and texts, speedy appointment (called on Tuesday and inspection was the next day!)and report delivery (same day but check junk mail). I am a FHO so really had millions of questions But he was so patient with all of them. Would definitely work with him again highly recommend
