I would like to reply to the two posts made in relation to the property at 131 Harold St and the management of said property. There was an AGM for the owners of 131 Harold Street recently at which I attended the i.fresh offices. With COVID, a number of owners attended the meeting via zoom and the logistics were major, quorum rules need to be applied and Nadine of i.fresh handled it brilliantly. 131 Harold is a large building with many facilities and grounds and as such is a major logistical property to run and I believe that i.fresh does a magnificent job under what can be very challenging circumstances. The role of the strata manager is to look after all owners & the property as a whole to ensure that it is a well-kept, pleasant and safe place to live, and that value is not eroded. I think the strata manager, Nadine, exhibited the patience of a saint in dealing with unwarranted overly aggressive outbursts during the meeting by certain individuals that had unrealistic expectations. In my 54yrs I have owned and rented strata properties, been on the council of owners, dealt with the logistics of large buildings and everything in between. I believe that i.fresh exhibit exceptional business acumen, empathy for their owners and management of the trades and businesses that interact with their properties on a daily basis. I have no hesitation in recommending i.fresh and their people who I consider exceptional property management professionals. I wouldn’t have anyone else manage my property.

Impressive team. I was in their office (which is very nice by the way) yesterday and I witnessed i.fresh strata deal with a very aggressive person, in their reception area, abuse 3 of their employees. I also witnessed how these employees handled this gentleman. With pose, professionalism, empathy and tolerance, they very impressively informed him that what he was wanting to do was against legislation but they would work with him so he could still achieve his goal. I suspect you all get thrown a lot of aggression and frustration when you guys are simply trying to do your job. I suspect owners think you are solely here to provide them with a service and don’t quite understand your role of ensuring owners comply with the laws, for their own sake. I couldn’t deal with what seems to be thrown your way daily and I suspect you don’t hear from the reasonable people often. So here I am. Keep up the good work guys. I am certainly happy (and respectful) with what you do.

I attended the AGM also (relating to those 2 negative reviews) and I don't know what they are on about. How about instead of being keyboard warriors you let iFresh know of the problems direct so they can fix them for you, instead of winging about it publicly. A sign of the times I guess. I was impressed with not only their conduct but their facilities, knowledge and patience. There were some aggressive voices at that meeting but they were handled well (by the other owners also). It was all good from my point of view.

The worst strata company in WA Strata manager didn't take responsibility to sort the maintenance issue, taking more than 6 month still waiting, they gave to us different answers all the time from different strata manager, even they don't care about the story they made are different. Hopefully this company close ASAP.

Worst strata. Dont do anything about continual reports of drug abuse/dealers, noise complaints and disruptive ppl. No feedback about complaints are given, no outcome given because there isn't an outcome. Really poor service.
