Duty free is supposed to be cheaper than what I can get stuff for in the shops. Sony noise cancelling headphones for example are 395 at JB Hi-fi Officeworks, Good Guys etc. At Perth Duty Free 499!!! What happened to duty free. It used to be a good way to shop, now it's MORE expensive than retail. What a joke!

Too many 1L bottles. Not divisable by allowance. Was better before buy out when you could get 3 x 750ml bottles.

Had our alcohol confiscated at KL Airport because the bag was not sealed. My hasnand poured it out I stead of them drinking it later. So much for our wedding anniversary drinks when we get to Phuket.

Pointless. Cheaper to buy spirits on holiday and put in your checked baggage rather than get ripped off by these clowns.

Absolutely hopeless, badly planned and arranged , staff scream at you when you are coming through arrival like you are in asia , its rude and un necessary, the prices are worse, bring back jr duty free

Hopeless. Please avoid it if you can. Order wasn't available for collection at the terminal where my flight landed and they didn't mention that when I placed the order online. Customer services are only via online chat and emails. No phone number to call. Was told by online chat to still collect it because refund will take longer???
