One for the customer toilets, replicate that of a public park. Filthy, seems couldn't afford to provide taps in the gents or hand soap or even sanitiser. Disguising given nothing is cheap in store yet the attitude of the company towards hygiene. Only disabled facilities out of order and recommended to use another store.

I have always liked David Jones in Perth. The staff are helpful and friendly. However, I am disappointed that there is no food hall anymore as I thought that was the most enticing aspect of it. I also think some attention to repairing or replacing flooring would make it more attractive overall. I feel that a revival of the food offerings and repairs would make it the store it should be for a capital city.
There is a lovely lady called Amy who works at Calibre at David Jones in Perth city. She helped me find my wedding suit and her service was absolutely amazing. She helped me with everything and took so much time to make sure I was happy. She helped me get the suit tailored as well all days before my wedding! There was extra alterations I wanted 2 days before my wedding and Amy organised it for the same day. Her service and care was absolutely amazing. If I was the store manager I would be giving her a raise. Highly recommend going to see Amy for any suiting needs.
It is extremely overpriced do not come here this is a warning I am warning all the shoppers is do not come to this David Jones literally I am not even kidding a plain shirt was 100 Australian dollars and they are just selling nothing important they use to sell kids toys which was the main reason why I came to David Jones now it's all just designer brands clothing shoes you know I liked the old David Jones where it was actually fun and now it's just horrible

Staff are always very friendly and helpful. However how they try and sell t shirts for \u003e150 and not have them ironed and presented properly? It’s very off putting, I’m sure they would sell more if that sorted this.
Clean. Staff are good. Actually has vegan options.. no, for real. But the food area is lacking those choices. Prices vary.
Place need upgrade, and hope they will have more fashion collections like Eastern's David Jones . After all that's the main reason we go to DJ - luxury fashions not available in other dept store, rite. Up to now most of my David Jones purchases come from their online store as I can have access to collections not available in WA
