Been to this hospital twice for both of my kids, and both times were great! The nurses and doctors really took the time to take care of my kids properly, and made sure they went home okay with everything they needed & feeling much better! There was no waiting around at all for kids to be taken care of, and thanks to them my boys are up and running around being there usual self again! Friendly nurses and staff which is awesome, thank you PCH!

What's wonderful state of the art facility for kids in Perth. With wonderful staff and a great design. If we have to take our child to hospital we are glad it's this one.

My experience: I stayed with my daughter for a night after a surgical procedure. Doctors are wonderful. The environment is playful for kids keeping it easy which is so important. Special mention: The laboratory downstairs has the best staff for getting blood samples from children. If other laboratories in Perth have difficulty finding vein for the kid, bring them here for the procedure.

This hospital should change it’s name to something else instead of Perth Children Hospital. The receptionist are rude and unprofessional and unfriendly. They don’t like their job or something. They also gossip the parents whilst you are there. It is night mare to go there and I feel for children and parents going there. I don’t understand why the staff are like this and how on earth they can work with sick children if they lack sympathy and compassion. When my daughter was sick they didn’t offer her any help. They don’t know what they are doing and most doctors are under qualified and don’t know how to properly treat patients. They only do trial and errors. They don’t even run tests to properly diagnose problems. I am pray that I don’t have to use this service at all and will avoid as much as I can.

Great hospital with lots of thought and planning when setting this up for staff, patient and carers. Only negatives are the shocking parking charges that are run by a private company. More parking bays should have been designed as this is very frequently maxed out.

It’s never where you want to be, but if you have to be at a children’s hospital PCH is fantastic! The only thing that’s difficult is parking, the multi storey car park which gives you direct access to the hospital is pretty much always close to or at capacity. The other amenities, including the parents’ accomodation are fantastic and the staff are doing God’s work.

A seven year old girl in critical condition died waiting two hours in the emergency even though the family pleaded and begged for help. If hospital staffs cannot monitor which case is emergency then that is really inhumane and they should not be in that job. This is one of the worst most horrible thing which could happen in a hospital :(

Outstanding experience. Drove down from country and had friendly caring people the whole time. From Sheryl at front reception to Dr then a nurse who paid for our car park. Building is special especially for kids.
