Went in to get safety glasses for myself and sunglasses for my wife,great selection on both, price with discount good but the service from the young lady was outstanding !!! Would recommend to anyone
Their online shipping/delivery services are the worst. First they gave me the wrong tracking number so I did not know whereabouts my package is. I was also NOT notified with an email of my package whereabouts until I email them about it. Tried to sort out the address (cause for some reason they don’t know where my office is even tho I gave them the correct address) and requested a new tracking number and they seem to ignore my question and email, as if they're very protective of their tracking number?? I tried to call them and they don't seem to be responsive OR helpful. Worst online service I experienced. Will never order through Bupa Optical online again.
Ms Jean Cheng from Bupa Optical - Perth is the best Optometrist around! Thorough, kind and patient, she did an excellent job. I will be requesting her services for the next appointment of my other family members. Furthermore, the office is very nice and the staff are very much helpful and kind. They were very patient & wanted to help not only find my best look but something that was in my budget. I highly recommend Bupa Optical - Perth because everything is great here!
Great experience here. Jean the optometrist is very kind and helpful and so are the other staff. The glasses came back quickly, there are lots of frames to choose from.
I went in on Saturday and by Wednesday, my glasses were ready! Sophie at the Perth store was amazing! She maximised my cover to get the best package. It made me change my mind about switching from Bupa. Having the store open on every other Saturday has also been a significant influence on staying with Bupa. 5 stars!!!
