I have had the most awful experience with this institute that has been mentally draining, I enrolled to study the master trainer course. Unfortunate circumstances stopped me from commencing this course on my start date so I had to defer because they advised me if I was to cancel I had to pay the whole course fees, they charged me 50 a fortnight throughout my whole deferral which accumulated to over 1000. I have tried to cancel the course with a medical certificate to avoid paying the whole course fees. They stated my medical certificate was not sufficient enough so I have been billed and harassed to pay the whole course fee which amounts to over 10k for a course I have not even started. On many occasions I have attempted to contact them to come to a resolution and heard nothing back so far. Do not waste your precious time and money on this training institute!!!!

I completed a diploma of remedial massage through this institute and I definitely would not recommend ANYONE to go here. All they care about is money and they honestly have the worst communication between them. Just wanting 1 document and I have been calling for the last 4 weeks and each time I talk to someone they say ‘it’ll definitely be sent through today’ and to no surprise it never comes through, then of course when I call again they couldn’t care less. Had the worst experience doing my diploma I hated it so much I have never done massage after this course. Worst experience and biggest regret in my life.

My time at the institute of fitness was so much fun. The coaches are very supportive and i made some great friends along the way. As a graduate I continue to work with AIF and recommend the institute to anyone who wants to be a fitness professional.

Great environment to learn and thrive. Great coaches, great opportunities post-qualifications. I'd advise anyone who is starting, go in open-minded, soak up the knowledge and take advantage of the whole learning opportunity.

I was unable to do the course due to work roster changing. They refused to give me a refund. I only completed the the first day. Not even a partial refund. Couldn't even transfer the course over to my brother to complete. There are also cheaper options out there.

Amazing culture, passionate staff and a fun, hands on learning that really helps you gain your confidence. Legends in the fitness field are made at the institute. You're not just a number here and the institute crew made sure I was prepared, supported, encouraged and inspired!

Disappointing. Booked in for a massage on Saturday morning, thet even sent me a confirmation and reminder 2 days prior and when i turned up on Saturday as scheduled the whole.place was locked up. No phone call to explain why, no note on the entrance to explain their absence. I rang and left messages, no response. Such a waste of my time. And I don't even know why. I will not accept to silly excuses like the system fault, if they ever get back to me.

Legends!!! I have found the team to be highly knowledgeable and approachable, and also extremely experienced and qualified. This course is NOT easy-nor should it be. Personally, I believe Personal Trainers need to be of a high calibre in order to ensure the safety and health of their clients. The course is competency based, which means that if you do not pass the first time, you get to resubmit until you have the knowledge and know how down pat (so really do not know what some other reviewers are talking about when they said they "failed"....you cannot "fail" competency based assessments, especially with the level of help made available! But I suppose not everyone is cut out to be a professional...perhaps a good thing these people won't be out their hurting clients. Truth hurts, guys.).. It is one of the more expensive courses, but you definitely get what you pay for! High standards, high quality coaching, high quality materials, better chance of being employed at the end. I have found balancing work and study difficult. But such is the nature of mature age study, I suppose.
