Excellent customer service. Came at 5pm with no appointment to fix my Apple pencil. We got solloted into an appointment time and was let in quite quickly. The technician was very helpful and because we had apple care we got a replacement for quite cheap!!! Definitely would come back again if I get any issues!!!

Samsung owner but went to apple with my girlfriend and my friend. He had an issue with his phone so it wasn't able to turn on. Was helped by a man named Lincoln who was absolutely amazing, his customer service was top notch, he had excellent product knowledge and his customer service was second to none. Was a very nice and friendly guy and we had a great chat. Highly recommend.

The city store is super busy which has its own vibe to it which I don’t mind at all. I’m sure some would rather get in and get out All staff are very knowledgeable which makes it a pleasant experience and the fact they don’t mind explaining things is also a huge to me. I’ve spent a lot of money over the times I’ve been there and never leave disappointed Great energy Great value Great company

I don't usually do this, but so impressed today, I couldn't help BUT to. I lodged an insurance claim for my iPhone which had a cracked screen. My phone insurance is not mentioned here, because they are useless, nevertheless, they sent me the Apple Shortcut to book a meeting, and what for... The amazing started here: The website was clear, easy to follow, I got a mail with my time to appear (which I could choose) and queued outside the Apple store (Code in hand). Helped within minutes I was escorted to a table, where I sat down, only to be promptly helped by one of the very efficient, very friendly staff (Queue Amy@Apple). My cracked screen was tested within minutes, it was identified that the phone needs to be replaced, and was done while sitting - someone just walked past and dropped off the new device, Amy didn't even leave her chair! She quickly helped me setup to be efficient for the rest of the afternoon, prepped to sync my i-Cloud account tonight on WiFi. A little paperwork, and I walked out, new phone in hand, (device replaced) and all done in under 25min? In an environment where service and "organised chaos" was something that impressed me enough to write a big Thanks to the Perth Apple store!

This Apple Store is quite amazing. It looks beautiful from the outside and (ofcourse) beautiful from the inside. Are you interested in buying a product from Apple? Then go ahead and visit this place. You’ll definitely like it here

To be honest, I was not expecting such a good customer experience. Even with COVID the whole process was very smooth. I don’t think anyone does it better then Apple \u200d️

I honestly used to love apple so much. I booked in an appointment for today. I get that it's Christmas so of course it was busy. I needed my phone looked at/battery replaced. I bought an iPhone 11 Pro Max a year ago and the battery health has dropped to 87%. Heaps of my friends battery has remained quite high (95%) even after 2 years and they use their phone a lot more than me. That and my phone freezes constantly even after many resets. I went to apple to get this looked at. When the tech came over I could instantly tel he wasn't in the mood. I felt like I was interrupting his day by asking him to look at my phone. He basically told me there was nothing wrong with my phone and the freezing couldn't be mirrored right now so basically they wouldn't replaced/look at it. I spent 2100 on a phone to be told that apple won't do anything about it, and receive shocking customer service. I've been a longtime apple user but all they are
