Despite seeing all the people on here posting about "first world problems" this lounge is absolutely beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The drinks selection from the bar is excellent and the food is fresh and tasty! Even the security guard does the rounds and is polite and greets everyone, once again Qantas has fit the bill for me 100% AAA Service

This is a great lounge, for the premium or very frequent flyer - the food selection is excellent (the pizza is very good - but goes quickly!) Its a pity you cant self serve Alcohol (due to WA licensing laws!) but the staff are always happy to get you a glass. As with many of the Qantas lounges it can get busy - but it is better than it was and lets hope they keep up growing the space as the demands grows.
I Have tried to contact Qantas customer service and the frequent flyer customer service numerous times by phone and email since January re a cancellation of flight due to Covid 19 and have not had a reply . Poor response for customer service would appreciate a contact but sadly nothing as yet
I was there on a Sunday afternoon and there was lots of space, great seating options and zones with differing vibes. Lots of food and a great bar
Nice new modern lounge for Qantas travellers, located at Perth Domestic terminal right near Gate 14.Large interior, well spaced out with comfortable furniture, power points / USB chargers available for most guests. Food served by waiting staff through out the opening hours of the venue, including a full bar with bar service. Toilets and showers available, access for wheel chairs and disabled patrons.
Great lounge to relax before a flight. Minimum entry requirements as per Qantas frequent flyer program. Great service, great food.
Regularly stop in here twice a month. Friendly staff and considering no qantas flights depart from this terminal the amenities, food & beverage is outstanding!
