My recent experience at PersonalEyes! I’ve had deteriorating eyesight for several years which was fraught with frustration and multiple scripts for glasses. This has been very inconvenient as I do a lot of outdoor activities. This led to a decision to try multifocal contact lenses which was a great improvement as a short-term solution towards quality of life. I wore these lenses for one year and then decided it was not a sustainable long-term solution due to costs and occasional discomfort. I met with Dr Bala to discuss my options and he suggested lens replacement surgery. I had my first eye surgery done in early April, which was overall a relatively painless procedure. The staff at PersonalEyes Deakin and Parramatta Eye Centre were pleasant, caring and informative. I am very pleased with the results and looking forward to my journey towards improved vision! Thank you, Dr Bala and the PersonalEyes Team, see you next time!

Staff are so professional, they know what the patients need..Very polite, so professional,. Doctors are so good.They have not only put effort to diagnose the symptoms also treat you like a friend, understand about patients need,get the job done if is urgent.
