I had such an amazing experience with Dee for my placenta encapsulation. I had been looking into the best options available and stumbled across the site. As soon as I reached out Dee was highly Professional and informative. She explained all the options available. This was so important to me as I was unsure how I wanted to go about it. As soon as I had given birth she was quickly attentive which enabled a smooth process and I couldn’t believe how quickly the capsules came- in 2 days. She also provided me with expert advice for Breastfeeding. I am so very grateful!!!! Thank you for giving me a positive experience. Ladies if you are thinking of getting your placenta encapsulated I would highly recommend using Dee, she was amazing!

We are so confident in Dee’s services that we’ve recently just engaged her for the birth of our 2nd baby. In fact I have so much confidence in her that my body was relaxed enough to even birth our 2nd baby at home (even though that wasn’t the plan!). Dee was an incredible help with the dramatic turn of events and did everything she could to help us with the safe delivery of our little boy. Dee’s support before, during, and after the birth were all of great pertinence. Before birth, she helped a lot with educating. She is great at giving personalised advice based on what she knows about her client (and she remembers the details from 3 years ago when we first engaged her!). During birth, she’s a wealth of knowledge, and her rich experience from many years of assisting at births, makes her quite the birth coach. I felt so supported by her when I was going through increasingly difficult contractions and feel so glad to have re-engaged her even for our 2nd baby. After birth, she’s the ultimate Baby Whisperer and gives specific advice on how to care for the baby. She even helped me through a 1 hour phone call at 2am when I encountered an unforeseen problem with breastfeeding. My husband and I highly recommend her without any hesitation if you’d like someone to support your next birthing experience!

The worst service I have ever received while enquiring about placenta encapsulation. Dionne was highly unresponsive, extremely passive aggressive when i wanted more info and insulted my intelligence when she misunderstood what services I wanted. Also discouraged emails and said i had to sms her as she doesnt have time to go through her emails (I waited 11 days for a response) so unprofessional! Upon our initial phone call I wanted more info on how the methods are processed and where (i.e. clinic or at home) during this she even had the nerve to put other companies down (I.e. her home lab was cleaner than those at clinic and that her services were more superior to others). I'm absolutely disgusted about the maltreatment I received all because 1. I wanted more info that was detailed in the current info and 2. I wanted her to send the correct package that reflected what we discussed - she sent me something completely different and then blamed me for it?! I've notified my midwife and obstetrician to take this company off their recommended list. Unfortunately I'm not able to upload how aggressive she was via email although I have shown others who have encouraged me to write a review so I hope this helps when others are deciding on someone to go through for their placenta encapsulation. It's a beautiful experience and it should be in the hands of someone who appreciates you and your business. By the way, you get a hint of her character when she responds to the negative reviews. Just foul.
