OMG The staff in this store have absolutely no knowledge of the products they stock. You can't send the missus or apprentice (with photos, model numbers, measurements, etc) to pick something up for you as the staff will not comprehend the MOST basic and clearest instructions. If you don't know tools this is the worst possible place you could go for advice If you know tools you probably don't shop here for obvious reasons.

The fellas at Total tools are top blokes, very helpful end knowledgeable, friendly and good to talk to. Big range, top brands. The layout of the shop neat and simple. The prices are the lowest and if not they'll match it or go better. It's one of my go to tool shops when I need certain toys. I highly recommend the joint.

This is the Home Depot of tools and gadgets. There is always something eye catching in the store and always some sale items. The service staff are helpful and friendly. It's a hot shop with that sun on the roof in summer time so take a drink if you plan to spend time in the store. You'll get credit points when you buy things and they can be redeemed for a discount on the next purchase. What's not to like ? :)
