I had a fantastic experience last Thursday (04/02/2021) with a team member named Izzy who kindly and patiently set me up with my new iPhone. She was excellent! Very knowledgeable, efficient and kind--and helped me out so much with porting my number over from Vodafone. If I could give 6 stars I would!!!!

A lovely lady fixed my problem after an employee over the phone didn't do his job properly which resulted in disconnection of all of my accounts/computer, phone. I gave the man over the phone my new card number, which he was aware of, as I pay by bpay but he didn't put my card details onto my account but just paid my overdue bill, So pleased the lady knew what she was doing at the Penrith store of Telstra. I have a medical condition in place with Telstra set up but I lost all communications & was cut off. I thank the lady who sorted it very quickly for me but it took a lot out if me to have to go to Telstra to have to go to Telstra to sort all that out.
By far the most incompetent bunch of individuals I have ever come across. They conned me into switching over from Optus and promised me a great plan - which I have been waiting for 6 months to be put on (and had to pay a higher rate for a different Telstra plan). I have spent hours on the phone, made dozens of phone calls, 4 formal complaints, multiple visitors to the store and still no resolution. To top it all off, because none of them could pull their finger out and actually help, the offer has expired and the plan is no longer being offered. Stay well away. Anything is better than Telstra.
Organised my phone replacement on the spot and had my new phone by lunch time the next day, was very happy about that
I visit Westfield Telstra branch today. After three times unsuccessfull, try to communicate with the call center i had to deal wirh a team member in your branch. His name is Nataraj Chowdhury . Very friendly with professional skills. I was very happy with the service he provide to me. Telstra team like Nataraj makes customers be happy and make to stay connected with telstra. Right team makes successful company . Thank you Telstra.
Absolutely disgusting service. The staff were rude, not helpful and redirected us to numerous stores with the full knowledge the product we wanted did not exist. Izzy was particularly hostile, we had waited patiently and returned to the store on two occasions and she pointed at the computer and asked me to pay attention in a condescending and inappropriate manner. Telstra is not renown for making things easy but this store and it’s staff by far have made this my worst Telstra experience EVER. If you can avoid it don’t bother coming in here, it was like they were doing a favour speaking to me.
