Very disappointed today. Travelled from the south coast to look at a number of brands. Every dealership we went to were very pleasant and answered all our questions. BUT NOT THIS MOB. No one came near us in the hour we spent there, sales people sitting in the office looking out the window , well I can tell you now guys, if you want to sell caravans. Get off your backsides and have a go. PRETTY DISAPPOINTED.

Their caravans look of good quality but the sales guy wouldn't leave us alone. Don't get me wrong, he was a nice bloke, but he wouldn't give us a moment to ourselves to think.
Very helpful. Answered questions we had well.. good vans and motorhomes to look at.
I was very happy with the customer service I received. I was expecting good product knowledge and expert service, but in both categories my expectations were exceeded. I know that Covid-19 lead to a run on RVs. Given the small selection of RVs on the market at other outlets, it was good to see a good mix of campers at this Penrith centre.
A bit slow to response to an inquiry I made, but other than that I have heard they are good to deal with.
Buying a new van from them was a disappointing experience. The whole process was very wushy washy with a lack of communication or ability to listen to what the customer wanted or asked for. As a result we got a van but not exactly what we wanted. One less solar panel, wrong fridge, wrong layout on the draw bar and with gas heating we asked to be removed which wasn’t and to top it of we were not told about all the fittings we needed for the tow car so we slapped together a fix oh and apparently it was all our fault. I would not recommend or use them again
was just browsing, plenty of stock to look through. Wasn't hassled by any salesmen. so i enjoyed that.
Friendly staff, well organised, huge choice of caravans and campervans. They didn't have the model we desired but within a week they got two for us to choose. The campervan had a small electrical issue that isn't covered by warranty but they fixed it regardless and free of charge.
