We came to test drive a Suzuki, and while we ended up settling on another vehicle, I have to commend Nichole on her excellent service. While other dealerships would rush us with a 15min test or insist on driving with us, she let us take it for a proper time to assess the vehicle. She is obviously passionate about her job and cares for her customers. Thank you Nichole!

Let us test drive their modded Suzuki Baleno even without asking, on their "personal race track" running at 80KMH, went through the slightest details, most importantly not pushy to close a deal. Showed us exactly where and when the stock is. Happy for us to go back and think about it. The car arrived on time and the whole transaction felt like a breeze. The customer service was top notch. Suggest to include a free 1500KM complementary service to keep the customer on the top of the cloud. Thanks Nichole and Grant, you guys are the greatest!!! NO4REG

Out of sight, out of mind. I have no doubt, if you can organise a transaction for a car in stock, where everything is available, you’ll have a wonderful experience. Unfortunately for me, I didn't have that luxury. Now, nearly 4 months after I finally got my car, I’m STILL chasing up accessories I was promised for free, though I was happy to pay for them at the time. It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating, and what great customer service I did receive (when I managed to receive it) now feels like a sham in order to get my money. I’ve held off posting a review - which was repeatedly requested of me - until now, hoping I’d have something positive to say, but I really don’t. So if they have your car in stock and you feel confident with the deal, I’d say go for it. But if you have to order something, you might want to consider another dealer. In my experience, communication is not a strong point here. And any company that only acts on problems after a negative review public review, doesn’t come across as a company that’s really concerned about customer service, only public appearance.

Whilst we didn't end up going with the s-cross as it came in at a close second as we went for a slightly bigger AWD in the end, Ben was attentive, professional and passionate about the cars we discussed.
