Outstanding customer service by all staff, which unfortunately is all too rare these days. However, I would like to mention Joshua and Jack's customer service and they went above and beyond with their exceptional service and professionalism. It's my neighborhood Supercheap store and I"m kinda ashamed i've lived here for five years and only now took the time to write review.

More than a retail store - a destination, set up like a theatre with an open central space for presentations, a separate TV room, plenty of parking right out the front and friendly, knowledgeable staff like George and Ross.
Big store, great service
The entire staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Always smiling, listening your needs carefully, come with the ideal solution you need. Especially Jack outside at the service department, he makes you feel that you have been taken care of. Hard to find this level of personal customer service on a franchise this big. Well done super cheap auto.
Great service and assistance in finding the right part. The young lady that served me was absolutely amazing with her customer service and did everything to make my purchase go as smooth as possible.
Battery Warranty not accepted by Super cheap Auto Had century 21 battery in which was still under warranty, got service performed by mechanics, his battery tester showed my battery had 2 x dead cells, so got it changed as we were going away to the country (7 hour drive), took my battery to Supercheap for refund under warranty, staff then advised because the battery held charge they didn't accept the warranty claim, now I am stuck with a new battery and a second battery that is still under warranty with 2 x dead cells in which my wife won't have in the car as she is scared it will deteriorate further and she will be stranded where the car won't start, plus we are now out of pocket for an additional 250. So much for having a warranty.
