My wife and I drove 40 minutes to this store as they had the right size shoe. The junior sales assistant was very helpful getting the shoes but the manager barked across the store that you must be wearing socks to try shoes on. We asked could we have a pair of socks and they said no but you can buy a pair for 25. This was extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour representing such an iconic Australian brand. I then took by RMs off and gave my wife my socks while I stood barefoot in the store. HO management really should teach this manager how to treat valued customers.

Terrible customer service, went in to buy a new pair of boots but ended up leaving and driving 30min elsewhere to purchase which was frankly quicker. There were two staff members working and apparently the lady serving couldn't do anything on her own and needed the constant assistance of the other sales staff. I waited over 30min to even try a pair of boots on, when he got up to help her again I gave up and left. Woeful staff, no apologies and no consideration for the other 5 customers waiting outside the store.

Rang from Parramatta they put aside for me turned up 2hrs later to quick and super friendly service, they even remembered me from last week when I was in store 10 out of 10

I ordered a belt online as a present. When it came in, it turned out that i ordered the wrong size. I took it into the Penrith the store and explained the situation to the crew. They were more than happy to help. They located a store that had the right belt and called them, only to find out that store wasn't open at that time. They then chased it up and had an answer for me the next day. Fantastic service and followed through until we had the desired result. Thanks team.
