I had been here before and had a great experience. Went for a 2nd time last weekend and my experience wasn't as amazing. I went back a week later and rebooked with the manager for my hair to be fixed from the previous weekend and the service was awesome. No problems with fixing the mistakes and there was no charge. I'll only book in with the manager now as she's really amazing and very professional. Such a great experience. My advice to anyone who has a something that needs fixing is, go back and politely ask the manager to make the changes you want.

This was the worst experience I ever had at a hairdressing salon. I asked for a light brown colour with natural blonde highlights. However, I got orange roots with silver highlights. After questioning the orange roots when blowdrying my hair, I got a hostile reply saying its the lighting, it will look different when your outside. They continued to blow dry my hair and said your done. I said " I didn't want silver highlights". They explained that it was the toner and after a couple of washes it will be a yellow blonde. I gave up questioning the state of my hair as I was completely shut down with a hostile response. I left the salon feeling embarrassed of my hair. My sister said to me: "I didn't think you were going grey!" I then booked an appointment at Christiane's in Richmond; and they worked miracles!! The staff at Christiane's are so lovely and were really upset that there are hairdressers like ReVamp staff that produce work like that and are not willing to fix it. At Christiane's they explained that my highlights already looked like I had regrowth because of the gap between my part and where the foil started. In Conclusion, I do not recommend ReVamp at all, it is literally the worst service. If you want orange roots and silver streaks then ReVamp is for you.
Really good store if you know what you want done. I think it depends on each person's hair, it's not easy for the color to translate the way you want which is what I think. But for the prices it's probably the best place, I had done my hair color before literally for 10 times the price and it faded in the first wash even after getting the recommended hair products from the shop. Sarah did my hair and she was an absolute delight, kept asking me about the style and I got exactly what I wanted. Definitely going there again, not sure why so such mixed reviews
I've been here twice I don't go to the hair dresser often.But these hairdresser's are amazing! both times they have given me exactly what I wanted. I walk out looking incredible and feeling like a goddess. Skills are amazing, staff are friendly and down to earth. I can't wait to go back
To anyone the wants chemically straightened hair do not go here. I have long hair that goes all the way to my lower back, they burnt my hair so bad that it can not be repaired. I paid 500 for bad service and for roasting my hair. I now have to cut my hair to my shoulders. Do not go here!!
Don't bother making an appointment as they will just leave you sitting there waiting while serving others. Poor time management skills!
