The Quest at Penrith is far by the most accommodating hotel in the Penrith area. Guests form our work stay there at lease twice a week and give the hotel 5 stars. The hotel facilities are all you could ask for, the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. The Property Manager is extremely efficient and always available. Thank you Quest Penrith.

Quest Penrith have got all the right elements in the perfect balance. It’s all the little things, good crockery and cutlery, well laid out kitchen, quality furniture, quality faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, up to 80MBs wifi speeds, quality quiet air-conditioning, sensible workspace layout and helpful and warm staff. I wouldn’t normally give 5 stars to a place that didn’t blow my mind, but they have just absolutely nailed every tiny detail and it needs to be celebrated Congratulations on your design and quality standards quest Penrith. Will be back for sure.
Quest Penrith is my home away from home. You cannot get staff any friendlier than these people. Gianni, Rhys and the full team take care of us every time. Rooms are clean, kitchen has everything you need. Bed is so comfortable. They have plenty of lounge space, chairs and working desk spaces in the one bedroom apartment. Parking is convenient if you book in advance. I have stayed there for the last 6 months and have had no issues whatsoever. If you need somewhere to stay in Penrith, don't think twice. Quest is best.
Clean, nice colours, tv had Netflix, Stan etc. Ben at reception was really nice and gave good recommendations for dinner! Things to improve would be a thinner pillow, change the square pillows, (they were itchy against my skin) and thicker blinds/curtains. The location was awesome, (opposite Penrith train station, restaurants 5 minute walk away. Free Street parking between 5pm - 9am. Or 20 on site parking. Overall I definitely would come back!
When we arrived to the room everything was perfect but there was no remote for the TV at all there... We contacted the front desk and let them know and they said that I will not be charged for that However I was charged my bond even though I did not lose the remote. It just simply was not there Very angry about this
Customer service was great we were very well looked after, our room was lovely and clean, value for money we will definitely stay here again. They also have a cafe right next store, a perfect place to grab breakfast.
Very convenient location and ease of access. Friendly staff and excellent housekeeping standards. They do have parking facility if booked in early, street parking is available depending on what time you need it.
Very underrated for corporate events. We’ll be back again soon
