If I could say -11 I would. Incompetent, no customer service, never return calls even to Dept of Fair Trading. Paul Dukes no care attitude. Beneath him to even respond to one email to discuss complaint from Strata Committee. Not enough time to list poor and substandard management. 3 long years left with them...even that was questionable. Be careful of the brochure. All show and no go.
