I wish I could rate this store 100 stars because five isn’t enough. I was lucky enough to be booked in for a fitting with the fantastic Melinda after another store had canceled on me twice. I was very stressed and had no idea what I wanted. Melinda was so patient and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and relaxed. Penrith bridal centre has a ridiculous amount of amazing dresses to choose from and not once did I feel pressured to spend or upsold. I have found my dream dress and looking forward to my second fitting. Highly recommend

She made what I initially thought was going to be a very overwhelming experience into one that was easy and stress free. She was so kind and professional as she stepped me through it. They made what I was anticipating to be one of the trickiest and most challenging parts of my wedding journey (buying the dress for a curvy body shape!!!) into being one of the easiest, most relaxed, joyful, treasured and special moments of my life. After looking high and low, I came across Penrith Bridal Centre and found the most amazing dress. There were so many beautiful options, and Connie and the girls from the store were AMAZING. The dress I purchased was actually on sale, for an incredible price, and they altered the dress in-house for me and did an impeccable job. I can't recommend or thank them enough for such a wonderful experience!

So many dress options! I recently accompanied my sister for her first experience shopping for her wedding dress. We were so impressed with the range of dresses to try and how perfectly Connie catered to her needs. We travelled all the way to Penrith from the Northern Beaches and it was totally worth the trip. Connie made us all feel so welcome. Definitely recommend Penrith Bridal Centre. A hidden gem in Sydney!

Due to the pandemic and living far away from the city, it was a struggle for me to find and fit wedding dresses. Penrith Bridal Centre came to my rescue and has been with me every step of the way! Melinda was absolutely fantastic! She assisted me from doing my measurements over the phone and did a same-day fitting and alteration to accomodate me. They have very hospitable and friendly staff. Massive selection of gorgeous dresses as well. Lule(I hope I spelled her name correctly), altered my dress perfectly and it fitted me to a tee. I highly recommend Penrith Bridal Centre to all the future brides! You'll definitely be treated like you're a Princess!

Penrith Bridal Centre was the first store i went to in my search for a dress. It's a lovely looking shop with quite a large selection of beauridul dresses. My consultant Connie was great and suggested several dresses for me to try. I found a dress that i loved but didn't end up saying yes to. The only thing i feel that would have made the experience better is if we could take photos. I understand why it's not permitted but after trying dresses in several other shops it was hard to remember what that original dress i loved looked like on me. But i would certainly recommend Penrith Bridal Centre to any bride
