I was referred to Jeff through the running community by a friend who’s an accomplished ultra and trail runner. (Nb: I myself am a mediocre runner with lofty endurance and trail ambitions who just wants to get to the start line injury free) I went to see Jeff about a niggle in my heel, what i left with was a comprehensive anatomical analysis of lower my body, an understanding of my mechanics, the strengths and weaknesses of my gait and solutions to mitigate the risks of exposing those weaknesses to further injury. It’s so rare these days to get superior care from health providers, Jeff’s sincerity, genuine compassion, deep knowledge, and professional manner is what’s missing in todays society and I’m incredibly grateful for the referral.
