just finished course 1 wilton - instructor is patient, kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable in formal cake design and piping. Even when i lost my temper with my buttercream i had made (nothing to do with course) intstructor was kind and attentive and highly professional. this is a course set for those seriously considering cakes as a profession. as i am not personally i would love to see Lea do a separate course for the hobbiest on flower piping only with royal icing just flowers.......as i struggled with the buttercream (hot hands) but that is a personal thing not course related.

This store has lots of variety & the staff are very helpfull however before buying here shop around first. They are very expensive
