The team at Nepean Motor Group are terrific. I live 50km away from Penrith, so visiting them to buy our next used car was a big commitment. I dealt with George and Corinne and they could not have been more genuine and pleasant - they are truly there to look out for their customers. George put me at ease instantly. He promptly called me back following an online enquiry, and sent me a high quality video so I knew exactly what I was getting before I drove over. The car was exactly as expected. Negotiations were fair and professional, and I definitely felt like we met in the middle. Corinne helped with finance and was so easy to deal with. Really friendly and genuine and also gave me some really great things to consider, which I appreciate. I can't wait to pick up the car. They are a great dealership and cannot recommend them enough.

This place is definitely well set up and organised. Each time I had a booking, I could be assured the shuttle service could pick up/ drop off myself and my toddler. Brian the bus driver is a lovely chap. The service lounge has a cafe and there is also a children's playroom off one of the showrooms. Takes the stress out of the experience. Thanks!
