Dr Hala El Naouch is the most caring and beautiful person I have ever come across. She goes above and beyond her duties as a doctor and even cares about me after her day has finished. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone she’s amazing. Keep up the good work doctor

This medical center is usually good with Dr Musi, Dr Davis & Dr Smith providing excellent service but had quite a surprising experience recently with the receptionist being cold and almost hostile (they are usually straight faced but as long as they do their job, no reason to complain) and the doctor who was happy to just write a prescription without even checking our child. We even had to request the doctor to check the child for ear/throat/chest infection as he didn't seem to care or willing to do any of the above before writing us a prescription. Very disappointed

I’ve never been so happy with a medical centre! They’re always on time, bulk billed appointments, can book easily via an app and all the drs are lovely. The in house pathology is great too. Just being able to do everything in one place and without waiting, I recommend this place to everyone I know!

This practice is so well managed from the receptionists to the doctors. Dr Davis in particular has been spot on with my care and diagnosis. I couldn’t recommend him more. He is so knowledgeable and always gives a holistic approach to my symptoms. What a great find this place is.

First medical center I have been to in this country that isn't about getting you out the door and the next patient in. Online booking tool is so helpful! Doctor Musi is very good at what she does.
