Minuteman Penrith were fast, efficient and kept us in the loop at all times. There was a very minor issue with the printing on one shirt, which I would probably have never noticed myself, and the minuteman crew were ultra-professional - they let us know about the issue beforehand and refunded the cost of printing that shirt - even though the issue was minor. You can tell a lot about a business by how they deal with challenges and Minuteman have proven their worth!
I found this business by accident, but they were fantastic - very helpful staff, easy to use website and wonderful service. And they answered my questions on a phone call. I wanted a place where i could upload photo files to be printed at a reasonable cost - the output was of high quality and exactly what i asked for. Thanks!
This was my first experience with Minuteman Press Penrith and I came to them following a glowing recommendation from a colleague. I was very impressed with the speed of responses to any contact I made, the turnaround time of my order, the price charged and the product itself was of a very high quality. Even when the courier used by the business let them down by taking over a week to deliver my order, I still couldn't fault the professionalism of the business. They chased the courier, they offered to reprint my order free of charge and have also removed the use of that courier company by the business in future. I would highly recommend Daniel and the Minuteman team!
