I understand pple being angry with National system of rules but it’s not operated individually. What is individual is persons portrayal. From my experience at Penrith Max Solutions the staff are nice & friendly pple. This helps mine & hopefully others unemployed attitude.
Had to call up because I wasn’t notified to come in and when I did the lady argued that I did and that I was wrong and hung up. Really poor management for a job provider I think they better change there staff or at least teach them some respect
