Great customer service. They do buy and sell precious metals and stones. But sadly never offer the current market scrap value price. Especially on carat weight for precious stones. Most of the time this would be because the shop attend doesn't know so its all guess word. But they are a retail outlet after all that needs to make a profit to stay in business. Like with any transaction do your homework before committing to the transaction.
Avoid at all costs! I recently had a piece valued that I had inherited. Current value is 2500 and they offered me 104 dollars maximum. The piece had 4 diamonds in it and they tried to pull the diamonds out of the ring. Such poor service.

Wonderful staff. Have always been most helpful and informative. Furthermore they have always been extremely patient with me and if im ever in doubt about their findings they have always been happy to retest my diamonds and gold to give me piece of mind that I am not being ripped off. Very reasonable with their rates also.
