Fantastic service. Attended within the hour and problem with gas hot water system fixed immediately. Lee was honest, courteous and polite and explained the issue in simple terms. Very reasonable rates. Highly recommended, would use again.

We contacted Hot H2o yesterday as our hot water system was on its way out. I asked for a quote and Lee came out today to take a look. We accepted the quote and Lee said he could get it done today. Perfect!! So he left to get it organised and sent his tradesman Mark to install it. Great job. Fast, reliable and efficient. Our hot water system was leaking & we phoned Lee at 3.45pm on Thurs 09/04. After sending through photo's he called us immediately to discuss our problem & arrived at 7.45 am on Good Friday with a replacement system & installation.Job well done,friendly service & we were very happy with his work..Highly recommended!

Lee was awesome. I'd had 2 different hot water guys come out in the past 18 months and both did a quick fix, which didn't last long. Lee actually explained to us what was wrong and told us our best option, instead of just putting a band aid on the problem, charging us and saying it'll be sweet. I'm definitely going to continue using this company when needed.
We rang and had a technician at our house within an hour. Lee did a fantastic job. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
I called at 7.30 am to say I needed a new hot water system. The guys were there by 9am and were finished by 10. The price was very reasonable. Incredibly helpful
