Brilliant experience from beginning to end. The ladies here are lovely and so helpful with choosing a frame, and I was provided updates of the process by phone. My water-colour “memory” from Prague is framed beautifully and now hangs proudly in my living room.

From the moment I called Frame Today at Penrith to the collection of my canvas being framed I was so impressed and ever so thankful. The customer service and quality was impeccable. Recently had my near 2M original artwork framed as well as another small size artwork , I am happy the communication between me and the team, happy with the quality from the wood frame as well as the work on them. Haven't hung them up yet, But they preset the hook and Damping cushion around the giant art work made it look professionally finished. I would highly recommend the brance in.Penrith, all stuffs there are very nice and kind to deal with. Marco

I found the ladies extremely helpful and understanding. My work is different and unique as I work with natural products. The outcome is brilliant, the entire process was easy and this started from the moment I walked through the doors. I have never had my work framed before, but because I have an exhibition coming up I thought it would elevate my art, and framing most certainly did. I have decided to make this particular shop the place where I bring my work to be framed all the time. I give the ladies a big thumbs up and many, many thanks.

Excellent service and a stunning job! The staff were so helpful, taking time for help me chose a frame and offering their way thoughts on the options. The framing was completed quickly and it looks wonderful!
