Easy Mac

As a male I was unsure about going to a salon like Esteem to get my hair cut but I now go there all the time! They make you feel so welcome and their service is immaculate! Their prices are very reasonable and they do such an amazing job! I have recommended a few of my friends to go there and they are all regulars now! Esteem has helped me boost my confidence and I would never go anywhere else from now on! Thank you to Allison for always doing such a great job!

All I can say is WOW! Esteem has the best service you could ever dream of. I go there quite regularly for hair, waxing, lashes and spa treatments and I have never had a bad experience. Esteem prides themselves on quality and I can hands down say they are the best salon in Western Sydney! Allison and Martin are the most down to earth owners and always making you feel welcome! It truly always is an amazing experience and I highly recommend

Esteem is and always will be my favourite salon! The service you get from you whole team is incredible and they are all extremely accommodating. I booked in for my 74 year old nan to get a spa day for Christmas and they made her feel at home! She has already asked to go back as the whole team made her feel youthful and confident! I highly recommend esteem for all ages!

My mum and I received a day spa gift voucher from my husband for Christmas and it has been the best massage and facial I have ever had. They took all my allergies and health issues very seriously and I love the atmosphere of the place. All the employees take great pride to provide the best service possible. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

I was recommended to go to this salon 9 months ago after having a bad experience at another hairdresser which resulted in broken and damaged hair from over bleaching. I met Alison and she put me at ease and came up with a plan to get my hair healthy again. 9 months later and I am extremely happy with the condition of my hair and the colour. I also got extensions and the quality is absolutely amazing. Alison and the team really care about you and your hair and go the extra mile every time. I travel 45 mins to get to this salon however it is worth it and I would never trust another hairdresser other than Esteem ever again! I highly recommend this salon and would give it more stars if it were possible \u003c3

I’m a hair stylist, not a client I applied for a job here and had a phone interview that I felt went really well, after going into the salon in person for an interview I was shocked at the closed minded nature of the owners. I was asked directly if I thought it was appropriate to wear makeup to work as a stylist because I’m a male, and told that it was “weird” and “would make clients uncomfortable.” I’m aware that female stylists are obliged by contract to wear makeup, and it is a condition of employment. Instead of asking to see my work portfolio, or asking about my strengths and weaknesses, the topic of conversation was focused on my physical appearance, rather than technical ability. Personally I feel that hair dressing is an art, and artists should be free to express themselves in the way they would like, I wear eyeliner and mascara, not a heavy cake face. The way I present myself has always been referred to as professional and the reason my clientele enjoy coming to me, as an individual. I implore the owners of this company to not only accept, but encourage artistic freedom, and expression of their stylists, and hope this this closed minded (and illegal) discriminatory behaviour is not shared onto anyone else. Especially the clientele.
