NO COMM.BANK ATM AVAILABLE IN PENRITH AFTER 12PM!!! NO ACCESS too ATM after 9pm. Not even the "outdoor" after hours ATM!!! The only OTHER COMMONWEALTH ATM is at the Nepean square near Coles and that closes at 12pm!!!
