Lovely Cafe right in the top of High St Penrith!! Pretty easy to find parking compared to Cafe Upstairs. Caring, friendly thoughtful, helpful wait staff, looks like they are part of the family not just employees!! Bosses: treat your staff like these girls and your business will THRIVE!!! Really casual place, chairs and wall benches don't really encourage you to stay long though!! Plenty of coffee and soft drink options, all day 'no rules' menu, (breaky all day any way you like it!!) reasonable prices (actually my favourite gluten free cashew vanilla slice is 0.50 cheaper than their other Cafe Upstairs!!!). Meals look very tempting and very well priced. Check out the blackboard menu for yummy specials. Gotta try it out!!

My go to when I want a good coffee. Consistently great at coffee. I'm yet to be disappointed after many coffees from Cafe Fred. The staff are always attentive, quick and friendly. Oh, and I shouldn't forget the food - great snacks. I've had wraps, BLATs, yogurt cups etc. ....all great!
One of the best cafes in Penrith for sure! Friendly staff, awesome coffee and delicious food. What more could you ask for?
