Administration and people on desk were absolutely lovely. But I called the mechanic up to see if I could get car quoted. Told them everything about my car ect. And they said they were interested. They made me drive all the way there and didn’t even give me an offer. The boss was rude and sassy and absolutely wasted my time. Poor mechanic who was valuing my car had his time wasted too. The boss needs an attitude check.

The most kind and helpful team I’ve met :) Everyone I spoken to there was extremely kind and helpful. The mechanics at the back were very friendly and nice as well :) Even though I was late, their shuttle came to pick me up from the service centre and gave me a lift home! I’m shook.

A five star to Vlad Du for his commitment to deliver great customer service. I purchased a Suzuki Swift from Vlad today. I did test drive over weekend. Decided to buy, Vlad went through great trouble to help me trade in my old car. He picked up the trade in from my work and dropped off the new car so that I could come home in my newly purchased car! It's 28km drive each way and he did it three times. I highly recommend Vlad Du to every one wishing to buy a new car. Vlad is also knowledgeable and can provide reliable information on cars.

So booked an appointment to service my car, dropped it off early morning before they opened, put the key in that box, yeah came to collect and they hadn’t checked the bookings, didn’t open the box or service the car, disgusting service, go elsewhere, no call or apology, seriously this place isn’t good

Pennant Hills (Holden) Suzuki – Jackson & Adam Not sure who to write too? - but I expect this message will filter its way to the right Senior Manager? I’m writing to you – as I wanted to share my experience regarding two of your outstanding employees! – Jackson and Adam. I’m a great believer in acknowledging, appreciating & not letting 'excellence' go un-noticed & I’m sure you’ll agree - it’s the people that make a real difference to the service! I‘d like to take a few moments to share my personal experience / feedback, regarding the excellent service that these guys provided me, today. Despite multiple reminders, I needed to get the takata airbag on my Holden GTC sorted asap, so I’d booked in for this morning. Once I’d dropped the car off. Adam, my Shuttle Bus driver, took me back home - & later, popped back to pick me up. Adam was a very warm, friendly & proactive individual (from the calls / communication re: pick-up time to having a general chat in the car on the way home & back etc.). I’d also been ringing around as I needed to get my blue slip done. Adam suggested along the way that we call Jackson from the car. It was late in the afternoon & Jackson could have easily pushed me to another day – but he could see I was desperate to get this done & kindly accommodated my last minute request! I was so happy – but I was more pleased with the courtesy & professionalism that Jackson showed throughout our call - & also when I reached the dealership. These guys collectively made me feel like a really valued Customer. It's been a pleasure to do business with the ‘Suzuki-Holden’ Dealership. Could I please ask you to take a moment, in the coming days, to formally recognize & personally thank Jackson and Adam, on my behalf, for the hard work & dedication they put into their work.
