Awesome Service I purchased my Hyundai Elantra Sports Premium from Peninsula, the service from the sales staff was 5 star. Especially Gavin who helped me from start to finish and was very easy to speak too, not your typical car salesperson. Gavin managed to get the car ready on the date of my choice and took time to explain all the features at the time of pick up. I absolutely love my car and so glad I choose to drive from the Central Coast to purchase my car from Peninsula Hyundai. A big thank you to the Jeenal & Gavin.

807 service and because wash is “complementary” it is poorly done. See pictures outside and inside. I hope the actual mechanical part was done properly not like the “Complementary Car Wash”. Time to take the car to another place for service and a real complementary wash.

Ellie is the BEST ! sales person if you are going to this dealership. Absolutely pathetic customer service, as soon as the deal was signed I was left in the dark. I was constantly chasing Gavin (doesn't work here any more - what a surprise) for updates as to where the car was and what was happening. The car was not delivered as promised and when given the opportunity to right the wrongs, nothing was done. I would never buy another car from here and will be telling friends and family the same. I will be taking my car elsewhere for servicing. Buyers beware.

Sales experience was good. But registration department didn't submit notice of disposal despite daily followups from day 6 to day 13. (Day 15 onwards would have costed me a penalty) Add the cost of 1 hour of your time for RMS roundtrip 1 hr of phone followups in the total cost of your car.
